Nestled in the heart of Ohakune, Snowman Cabins offers a delightful retreat with a modern yet cosy touch. My wife and I found the cabin to be immaculately clean, with a lovely selection of condiments that made our simple breakfasts quite pleasant. The private outdoor deck was a charming spot for evening drinks-though a bit of ski gear would have tested its space limits. The comfortable bed ensured restful nights after days exploring the area's stunning landscapes, including the nearby Tongariro National Park. Late checkout for just $20 was a lovely bonus, allowing us a leisurely morning before heading out. All in all, this was a delightful getaway, perfect for a couple seeking comfort and convenience amidst scenic surrounds.
